We provide ongoing support, service repairs, advice and aftercare after our office fit out.
After your office fit out is installed and signed off, we continue to stay in touch to support your needs and requirements. From topping up furniture and moving items as your company grows, to repairing or recycling furniture, our teams are on hand to support your plans. We can also support your facilities management staff, offering training to relocate furniture.
We provide each site install with an Operation & Maintenance manual to get the very best out of your furniture. This varies depending upon the size of the installation from a simple cleaning and maintenance document to a fully detailed manual with furniture specifications, instructions, warranties, contact details and follow-up processes.

A job sheet is created, and parts are ordered and delivered to local support teams.
The fitter attends the site to fix the issue, completing the job sheet.
