Office Pods

Office Meeting Pods provide striking private meeting spaces that can be moved around the building over time, designed for a single worker requiring a private workspace right up to 10 person meeting rooms. With acoustic properties, the meeting pods offer the privacy of a traditional meeting room without having to build walls, eliminating the need to alter your buildings M&E system, reducing cost and adding flexibility.

Freestanding office meeting pods are a great asset to the office, providing a private workspace between departments acting as a shared resource and a dividing acoustic barrier. The office pods can be installed with freestanding or integrated tables and seating, feature lockable doors to ensure privacy and security, and have full air circulation fans, lighting and power and data. DDA accessible pods are also available for wheelchair users. Alongside our own Encompass office pods, we have a large range of sizes and styles to suit all interior design schemes.
